CAD / CAM System

Our CAD/CAM System allows us to go from print to part in minutes.  Direct data communications means our CNCs and Precision Lasers can be down-loaded with proven programs and be ready to run without costly machine programing time.

To minimize leadtime, customers can send their computer files to us using E-mail or the Z modem.  We have the ability to translate computer file formats such as DXF, DWG, IGES, PICT, TIFF, EPS...into our CAD/CAM programming system.

Currently we are using Vellum Solids, Vellum 4.0, Mitsubishi Geometool, and EZ-CAM 8.5 for our CAD/CAM programming on both platforms: PC and Macintosh.  Programming time is greatly reduced thanks to the speed of two Pentium-Pro 200 and Power Macintosh G3 stations.
